剧中描述木幡真琴是一个15岁的魔女，她带着黑猫、搭着火车从横滨来到日本东北地区的青森，开始进行魔女的修练。她住进了远房亲戚仓本圭、仓本千夏这一对兄妹的家，也转学到当地的高中，开始在这座青森小镇里展开全新的生活。即使她现在的程度只能坐着竹扫帚飞上天，但还是很努力地学习魔法。于是，一段看似非日常的温馨日常生活冒险就此展开。。Edwin Antony (Hywel Bennett) is emasculated in an accident which kills a young philanderer.
