位于西班牙北部的安道尔公国，日本籍投资家川岛直树（谷原章介 饰）横尸海外，他是警视总监的儿子，且判定现场为他杀，因此引起了日本方面的高度关注。国际刑警神足诚（伊藤英明 饰）和恐怖活动对策室的黑田康作（織田裕二 饰）共同调查此案。表面上这是一桩普通的入室盗窃杀人案，但是黑田根据现场的蛛丝马迹觉察背后必定暗藏玄机。作为第一现场的发现者——与川岛有着商务合作关系的某银行职员新藤结花（黒木メイサ 饰）似乎又隐藏着不可告人的秘密。果不其然，此后针对结花的袭击接连而至，黑田与神足也渐渐逼向事件的真相…… 本片为电视剧集《外交官 黑田康作》的第二部剧场版。。Morse finds himself the subject of a murder investigation when his friend, Beryl Newsome, is murdered at a rehearsal of the Magic Flute and he foolishly touches the murder weapon.
